Detailed Product Description

The substrate for the catalysts we made can be cordierite or metal. We use substrate supplied by not only Corning, NGK, Emitec,but also some local supplies. We always use 400cpsi or 600cpsi for Euro 3 and Euro 4 emission standard. The light-off temperature is less than 250 for CO, HC and NOx. We have the technology for Pd-Rh  and single Pd and single pt catalyst for gasoline engines and diesel cars. For different car and different under-floor, the technical solutions are always different. The spec. will also be different. The durability life is more than 100000 km

Our customers cover almost all the Chinese local light-duty car manufacture such as Chery, Geely, Greatwall, SGMW etc. We also have export catalytic converter to other countries for Euro 3,4 emission standard and our customer give us good evaluation.
