Our company boasts first class automobile exhaust catalyst automatic production line, which comply with the international practice. With the annual production capacity of 3 million liters of catalysts , it has become one of the largest industrialized manufacturing bases of automobile exhaust catalyzing in China.  

Leading in the field of automobile catalysts, catalytic converteres in China, our company professionally produce various kinds of  automobile catalysts, which are suitable for cars in all types and can meet the emission standard Euro2,3,4, EPA and CARB.

The substrate for the catalysts we made can be cordierite or metal. We use substrate supplied by not only Corning, NGK, Emitec,but also some local supplies, such as Yixin non-metal mechanical Co., Ltd. and Wangzi Ceramic Co.,Ltd.. We always use 400cpsi or 600cpsi for Euro 3 and Euro 4 emission standard. The light-off temperature is less than 250 for CO, HC and NOx. We have the technology for pt-pd-rh , Pd-Rh , pt-pa, and single Pd,pt, catalyst and so on, for gasoline engines. For different car and different under-floor, the technical solutions are always different. The spec. will also be different. The durability life is more than 100000 km.

Our customers cover almost all the Chinese local light-duty car manufacture such as Chery, Geely, Greatwall, SGMW etc. We also have export catalytic converter to other countries  for Euro 3, 4 emission standard and our customer give us good evaluation.
